in the CBD of Singleton - a thriving diverse town in the heart of the Hunter
Valley. Henri's offers a relaxed & friendly dining experience with our focus
on high quality, fresh seasonal produce, a thoughtful selection of quality
Australian wines & professional, friendly service.
Fresh produce
is integral to the restaurant's success. Everything on the menu is made on
the premises, from the bread to the tomato paste. The kitchen is run by co-owner
Tony Klasen who frequents the markets in Sydney to source first-rate produce,
and to select the fabulous flowers which have become a signature of the restaurant.
Local suppliers are also relied upon - the freshest oysters and top-quality
olive oil are sourced from the Hunter Valley.
Henri's Brasserie
has been building on its reputation for fine dining in the Hunter since opening
in 2003. We look forward to welcoming you to your Henri's

Lunch: Thursday & Friday - 12.00pm - 2.00pm
Dinner: Tuesday - Saturday from 6.00pm
Bar & Cocktails: Tuesday - Saturday from 5.00pm
