
Henri’s Brasserie is situated in the CBD of Singleton – a thriving diverse town in the heart of the Hunter Valley. Henri’s offers a relaxed & friendly dining experience with our focus on high quality, fresh seasonal produce, a thoughtful selection of quality Australian wines & professional, friendly service.
Fresh produce is integral to the restaurant’s success. Everything on the menu is made on the premises, from the bread to the tomato paste. The kitchen is run by owner Tony Klasen who frequents the markets in Sydney to source first-rate produce, and to select the fabulous flowers which have become a signature of the restaurant. Local suppliers are also relied upon – the freshest oysters from Port Stephens and top-quality olive oil are sourced from the Hunter Valley.
